01 Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing through any website, landing page, checkout, members area or digital product operated by RGM DIGITAL LTDA, registered under CNPJ 60.559.995/0001-57, with registered offices at R. General Daltro Filho, 2087 — Lucas Araujo, Passo Fundo/RS, Brazil, ZIP 99074-020 ("RGM Digital", "we", "us"), you declare that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using our websites and products immediately.

02 Definitions

• Platform — any website, subdomain, landing page, members area or application operated by RGM Digital.
• Product — any digital product, course, ebook, guide, template, printable material, membership or bundle sold or distributed by RGM Digital.
• User — any person who accesses the Platform, whether or not they complete a purchase.
• Customer — a User who has completed a purchase of a Product.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to purchase a Product. Minors may use materials acquired by a parent or legal guardian, under that adult's supervision and responsibility.

04 Account and access

Some Products are delivered through a members area or a private access link. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current registration information, including a valid email address.
• Keeping your login credentials and access links confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account or access link.

Sharing access credentials or download links with third parties is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

05 License to use

When you purchase a Product, RGM Digital grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use that Product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Unless a Product explicitly states otherwise in writing, you may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or redistribute the Product, in whole or in part.
• Reproduce or publish the content on any public or private platform, paid or free.
• Use the content to create derivative or competing products.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks or brand identifiers.

06 Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers, databases or other users' accounts.
• Introduce malware, scripts, bots or any code intended to disrupt, overload or damage the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl or extract content by automated means without prior written authorization.
• Impersonate RGM Digital, its team members or any third party.

07 Purchases and payment

Purchases are processed by third-party payment platforms and checkout providers. Prices, currency, taxes and available payment methods are those displayed on the checkout page at the moment of purchase.

• Delivery of digital Products is made electronically, by email and/or through a members area, normally within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
• It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam or promotions folder.
• Promotional prices, bonuses and bundles are valid only during the period and under the conditions announced on the respective offer page.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

08 Intellectual property

All content made available on the Platform and inside the Products — including text, copy, images, illustrations, videos, audio, layouts, source code, trademarks, logos and visual identity — is owned by RGM Digital or licensed to it, and is protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property law.

No provision of these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property right to the User.

09 Third-party platforms and links

The Platform may contain links to, or rely on, third-party services such as payment processors, advertising platforms, video hosts, email providers and analytics tools. RGM Digital does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10 Disclaimer of results

Our Products are informational and educational in nature. RGM Digital does not guarantee any specific result — financial, professional, aesthetic, physical, emotional or otherwise — from the use of any Product.

Any example, case, testimonial or figure presented is illustrative and reflects an individual experience. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, context, market conditions and prior knowledge.

Content related to health, wellness, nutrition, aesthetics or finance is not medical, psychological, legal, accounting or investment advice, and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RGM Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or the Products.

In any event, RGM Digital's total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the Product that gave rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure operation, although we make reasonable efforts to keep the service stable.

12 Suspension and termination

RGM Digital may suspend or terminate a User's access, without prior notice, in cases of breach of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing of content, or any conduct that harms the Platform, other users or third parties. In such cases, no refund is due.

13 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our operation, products or applicable law. The updated version takes effect upon publication on this page, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.

14 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12.965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

The courts of the District of Passo Fundo, State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, are elected to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms, without prejudice to the consumer's legal right to bring an action in their own domicile.
